1. Purpose of this app
Howard app (Rustwood Agent Ops) is used to help Aaron Ellis manage AI-assisted workflows including communication summaries,
productivity automation, and content operations across Google Workspace tools.
2. Google data we access
Depending on features enabled, the app may request access to:
- Gmail (read/send)
- Google Calendar
- Google Drive
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Slides
Access is limited to functions required for user-requested workflows.
3. How data is used
Data is used only to provide requested automation and assistant features, such as reading, drafting, summarizing,
organizing, and creating content in connected Google services.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except where required
to operate core infrastructure or by law.
5. Data retention and deletion
OAuth tokens and operational metadata are retained only as needed to run authorized workflows.
You can request deletion of stored integration data at any time by contacting us at
rustwood.agent@gmail.com.
6. Security
We use access controls and least-privilege principles for connected services.
Credentials are stored in restricted configuration files and should be rotated when exposed.
