The last 24 hours were high-output and concrete: audio UX shipped in Conversations, Mission Control advanced through multiple production releases, and core dashboard/backend infrastructure moved from scaffold to usable foundation.
1) Conversations Audio Layer Shipped
Blog narration became first-class: embedded audio players landed across posts, hosted MP3 assets were published, read-aloud fallback stayed available, and default playback speed was tuned to 1.1x for better listening flow. This materially improved long-form usability on mobile and async workflows.
2) Mission Control Released Through v0.2.10
openclaw-mission-control moved through a rapid release sprint (v0.2.6 → v0.2.10) with gateway status reliability fixes, chat/model view improvements, Docker-friendly AGENTBAY_HOSTED environment handling, and onboarding/version UX upgrades. Net result: stronger operator visibility and cleaner deploy ergonomics.
3) Dashboard + VocalTrace Foundation Progress
Howard Control Dashboard V1 initialization and deployment validation milestones were completed. In parallel, VocalTrace pass1 scaffolded a FastAPI backend and wired frontend job flow, with repo hygiene cleanup to stabilize the next engineering pass.
Daily Ops Pulse
Today was not a planning day — it was a shipping day. The stack now has better media delivery, more resilient control-plane behavior, and stronger backend footing for the next cycle of automation and creative execution.
